I remembered that the NTSC/U version 1.1 has "Vegas" changed to "Las Vegas" in menus, not the same here. I found actually European versions 1.0 and 1.1 online, but they were same size and no immediate differences.
Now, I had no idea if it was version 1.0 or 1.1, as I've heard there's two versions in both PAL and NTSC region.

Me being in terms with old stuff has helped a bunch of peoples, once I had to install Office XP on Windows 7 due to my sister needing Microsoft Word for things and people obviously didn't want to pay for all that fancy new softwares, and since we had - more specifically I had - the discs for Office 2000 and Office XP (that I took after searching interesting stuff), I did an install of Office XP.

One bootleg game was Road Rash, and as a fun fact Terence Hill mentions some Road Rash* game (!) in Virtual Weapon (1997)! (<- Also they mention Street Fighter** in that movie as well.) As said, I don't have those anymore, but one game of those bootlegs I have as a legit disc these days - more accurately, its PAL version, Formula One (the OG). One refused to work with an actual PS1 for some reason, and they were NTSC/U and NTSC/J pirates, all but one, which was a PAL pirate with a PARADOX crack ( hey, a video here). I don't have any of these anymore, I gave them away (yes, GAVE - would've been illegal to sell that crap - and I've seen peoples selling those same kind of discs online in my country), but not before testing each of them with a friend. (I tested the CD audio quality, how is this output supposed to be godly to everything else anyway? Sounded the same as anything else to me.) I got a demo disc as well with the console (Interactive CD Sampler Pack Vol 3), which was my only legit NTSC/U disc for a small while, and I got a bunch of factory pressed pirate discs with it (free, on top of the console purchase). The dude had it bought from some guy in Malaysia, apparently. I bought it from him as he had no use for it anymore. So this one dude had a PS1, but not just any PS1, the American original first model, the holy SCPH-1001. I expressed my like of Sony Computer Entertainment's PlayStation game console. (I later went there a second time but then a thing that nobody is apparently allowed to talk happened and it got cut a bit short.) There was a dude.
